I spent a couple of Thanksgivings with my friend Sean and fell madly in love with his mom Terry's asparagus casserole. Last year I took it to Neil's family's Thanksgiving dinner and it was a big hit there too.

1 can asparagus
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
grated parmesan

Pre-heat oven to 350. Heat butter, soup, and eggs. In small baking dish, layer crumbs, asparagus, soup, cheese, and more crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
