Mama's Corn Puddin'

My mom's cooking could best be described as down-home comfort food, and her corn puddin' is perhaps her signature dish. She's been asked for this recipe time and again and once I started making it, I started getting requests too. Not only is it addictive, it's incredibly easy.

1 can creamed corn
1 can drained whole corn
1 stick melted butter, cooled
8 oz sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
heaping 1/2 cup sugar
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Pre-heat oven to 350. Butter a 13x9 baking dish. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into dish and smooth evenly. Bake 1 hour.
